SHIPPING

There is a standard shipping fee of £3.99 for orders below £15 (UK) Shipping costs for International orders varies.

We offer "Free Shipping" For Orders Over £30 (UK ONLY), this is automatically applied at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME 

All items are processed within 2-3 working days, to allow any changes to address or cancellations. We aim to dispatch items after the processing period, however some items may dispatch later depending in stock.

Regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Though orders are typically processed within a 1-2 day period, please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process. That means if you order on Tuesday, you can expect the order to be dispatched by Friday at the latest. Some items may dispatch later than this due to stock, if this is the case we will inform you via email.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All pre-ordered items ae subject to a standard. 1-21 workday delivery period. If you are unable to wait this long please reconsider ordering. Cancellations/Changes in products will not be accepted on pre-ordered items. 

Your order could in some cases be delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or checkout information, such as a wrong shipping address provided.

If a wrong shipping address is provided, we allow 1 hour after purchase for orders to be changed. Please contact casemeouttt@gmail.com if you need any order details edited. We are not responsible for any misinformation, such as wrong shipping address, that is entered by the customer. USA: 7 -21 working days
UK: 5 - 21 working days
CA, AUS: 7 -21 working days
Europe: 7 - 21 working days
Rest of world: 15 - 40 working days

For most of our products the shipping takes from 7 to 15 business days. During busier, peak periods, it can take up to 16 - 30 days, depending on availability and stock status, Also please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order after payment has been verified ( Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded ).

*Please note that some orders could potentially experience delays of up to 60 days due to COVID-19.

Shipping times can also in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather Conditions
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
  • Large and/or Bulky Items
  • Error on the Shipping Providers side

Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well informed to the best of our ability.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.

 CANCELLATIONS

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You can contact us by email once you decide to cancel the order. For Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 40% cancellation fee, or a 20% restocking fee (this is per item) if the customer wishes to change design or model of products, this is because all products are custom ordered in. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped from us to you.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online. We only offer a return option on DAMAGED (Manufacturing damage not shipping damage) items. Any other reasons will not be accepted for return due to the custom made nature of the cases. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
